Warranty Policy

Third Eye products are manufactured with the highest quality materials available and our products are built to last. We do not believe in designed obsolescence.

Third Eye will warrant the original purchaser that product will be free from material defect and workmanship, providing each specific product was used for the intended purpose in which it was designed.

Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase in its original packaging for our inspection and include the original proof of purchase, stating the specific problem with the product.

This Third Eye Limited Warranty is for the original purchaser only and subject to replacement at the discretion of Third Eye upon inspection. If defect is established, Third Eye will replace the product free of charge with like kind, style and color if available. If your item is no longer available in color or style purchased, Third Eye will extend a refund to the original purchaser minus shipping fee.

Warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, improper maintenance, modifications, repairs nor neglect resulting beyond normal wear and tear or aging.

Warranty does not cover silicon which is nicked, sliced, scratched, punctured or frayed. Third Eye will not cover cosmetic damage except when in new/unused condition in original case or packaging. Scratched lenses, chipped, marred or etched glass will not be covered once used.

To protect your Third Eye product from damage, store in the personalized case (included) immediately after use. *See Care instructions.

Third Eye will not be responsible for packages not received or damaged during shipping.

Third Eye will not accept C.O.D. shipments.

Limited Warranty is non-transferable.

A refund, if awarded, will be credited back to the original method of payment and will post approximately 2 to 3 weeks after processing.

THIRD EYE PRODUCTS ARE DESIGNED FOR RECREATIONAL SWIM/DIVE USE ONLY AND NOT TO BE CONSIDERED A SAFETY GOGGLE, OR USED IN HIGH IMPACT SITUATIONS. USER ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN SECURITY, SAFETY AND AWARENESS IN THE WATER ELEMENTS WHILE USING THIRD EYE PRODUCTS.

THIRD EYE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CIRCUMSTANCE ARISING OUT OF FAILURE OR MISUSE OF PRODUCT.
